Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- powdered ginger
- curry powder
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 Tbs chutney
- 1 tsp sugar (more to taste)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted (optional, but wonderful!)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season Chicken Breasts with Ginger and Curry Powder. Brown Breasts in hot oil. After browned, add the remaining ingredients, except for whipping cream and nuts. Cover and simmer 25 mins or until done. Add whipping cream or Condensed milk. Reduce liquid till thickened. Add nuts for garnish and serve over rice.
