Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless chicken
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs sesame seeds
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 egg

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Add chicken pieces and marinate 3 hours. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or room temperature.
