Ingredients

  • 3 cups brewed espresso (or strong coffee)
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, plus more for finishing
  • 7 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 7 ounces Kahlúa
  • Whipped cream, for finishing

Preparation

Step 1

In a large slow cooker, mix together the espresso, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

2. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 3 hours. Mix in the vanilla vodka and Kahlúa.

3. To serve, ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
