Ingredients
- 3 cups brewed espresso (or strong coffee)
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, plus more for finishing
- 7 ounces vanilla vodka
- 7 ounces Kahlúa
- Whipped cream, for finishing

Preparation
Step 1
In a large slow cooker, mix together the espresso, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
2. Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 3 hours. Mix in the vanilla vodka and Kahlúa.
3. To serve, ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
