Ingredients
- 2 lb shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 Tbs parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp chervil
- 2 Tbs green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- pinch mace
- pinch nutmeg
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sherry

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mince the Garlic and work it into the softened butter. Gradually add the rest of the herbs and seasonings. Finally work in the crumbs and Sherry. Arrange the cooked Shrimp in buttered individual ramekins and top with the butter-herb mixture. Bake in a 450F oven for 5-8 mins. or just until thoroughly heated and bubbly, or run under the broiler flame for 2-3 mins. Serves 4
