Ingredients
- 1 flank steak
- 4 cup asparagus, fresh
- 1 bunch broccoli flowerettes
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 Tbs sesame oil
- 1 1/2 inches ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Broil or pan fry steak to desired doneness. Cool and slice.
2. Cut asparagus diagonally into 2" pieces. Break broccoli into bite size floret's.. Bring large pot of salted water to rapid boil. Add asparagus and blanch 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and cool. Add broccoli to same water and blanch 30 seconds. Drain well and cool.
3. Combine dressing ingredients. When ready to serve, toss beef slices with dressing. Add vegetables and toss again.
4. Serve at room temperature.
