Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs peanut oil
- 4 tsp ginger
- 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs onion powder
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
1. Gather all the ingredients and place them on the counter next to the blender. Drop garlic through the opening and blend till finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and whirl till combined. Serve over pasta with either shrimp or chicken.
