Ingredients
- White fish fillets 1 per person
- cherry tomatoes 1 pkg
- feta 1 pkg
- basil 1 tsp
- salt & pepper or salmon seafood seasoning
- melted butter 1/2 stick
- garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- pepper 1/4 tsp

Preparation
Step 1
place fillets on cookie sheet
sprinkle with seasoning
cook at 425 for 20 min
flip fish
cook another 20 min or until fish flakes easily
slice tomatoes in bowl
add basil
mix and refrigerate
melt butter
add garlic & pepper
place cooked fish in the middle of each plate
paint on melted butter
spoon on cold tomatos
spoon on feta
serve with herb rolls
