Ingredients
- Head of fresh broccoli
- diced onion
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups cooked rice
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in butter. Add broccoli and cook just a few minutes.
Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes.
