Ingredients
- 3 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat eggs till frothy. Add cheese, parsley and garlic. Coat chicken in flour and dip into egg mixture and fry till golden brown. Arrange in a baking dish & sprinkle with bread crumbs and chives and dot each piece with margarine. Add salt & pepper to taste. Place in 350 F oven and bake 10 mins. Add lemon juice and bake 10 mins more.
