Ingredients
- 4 Tbs butter or margarine
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- dash salt
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Melt butter in 2 9" Pyrex pie pans till very hot. Beat eggs, salt milk & flour till slightly lumpy. Reduce heat to 400F. Put apple slices in pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and pour batter over them. Bake for about 20 mins. till brown and crisp and fluffy.
