Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 links mild or hot italian sausage
- 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, finely minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh minced basil

Step 1
Mix all ingredients with hands. Shape into balls and either cook for 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees or freeze.
