Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 or 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 green pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 or 2 cans tomato soup

Step 1

Cut out core. Cook cabbage and remove and save outside leaves of cabbage. Mix next 8 ingredients together in bowl. Stuff cabbage with mixture. Set in small roaster. Pour tomato soup over cabbage rolls. Cover. Bake in 325°F (160°C) oven for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Cabbage should be tender when pierced.
