Walnut crescents (Gianni's favorite nanny cookies)

doubke recipe made 45 cookies... so one batch a little less then 2 doz

Ingredients

• 1 cup of butter (softened)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup of chopped walnuts (used pecans like better)
• Powdered sugar to coat

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients , form on ungreased cookie sheet into a half moon
Bake 375’
10-12 mins

dip in powder sugar when hot and then put on rack to cool...
