Ingredients

  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 2-3 C cubed chicken, cooked
  • 1 14oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 10.75oz can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 16oz bag of frozen peas and carrots
  • 3/4 C of heavy cream
  • 2/3 C of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 C of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 C of flavored bread crumbs
  • 2 Tblsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1) preheat oven to 375
2) cook noodles to package directions, drain and set aside
3) in a large bowl combine soups, and heavy cream and mix
4) add frozen veggies, cheddar cheese, club d chicken, egg noodles, salt/pepper
5) pour mixture into a large casserole dish, tap against the counter to get out air bubbles and smooth out.
6) in a separate bowl: toss breadcrumbs parmesan cheese and butter. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
7) place in the oven and bake 30-35min or until veggies are tender and sauce is bubbly
8) remove from oven and let set for 5 min
