Ingredients

  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 3 TBSP cornmeal
  • 1 TBSP 3 onion dip mix
  • 2 tsp veg oil
  • 1 lb white fish fillets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Whisk egg / egg whites with water. Set aside.

Combine breadcrumbs, cornmeal and dip mix. Set aside.

Dry fish. Dip fish in egg mixture, shake off excess and dip in breadcrumb mixture.

Drizzle sheet pan with oil. Leave in oven while preheating. Add fish, fillet side down and return to oven. Bake until fish is crispy and flakes easily. 10 - 15 minutes.
