Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 TBSP crumbled blue cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Salad:
  • 10 cups mixed salaed greens
  • 8 oz shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, crisped and crumbled
  • 3 large hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

prepare salad dressing, whisk together until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

Arrange salad greens on a plate, arrange chicken, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and blue cheese on top of salad greens. Drizzle with dressing.
