Oven Teriyaki Steaks

Ingredients
- 4 rib steaks on the bone
- garlic powder,salt,black pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 large portobello mushrooms,diced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season steak with salt,garlic powder, and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet. Cover very well and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a saute pan. Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 3 more minutes. Add teriyaki sauce,vinegar,and sugar,and saute for an additional 3 minutes.Season with salt and pepper.
3. Lower oven to 275 degrees. Pour mushroom mixture evenly over steaks and bake uncovered for an additional hour.
