  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans (reserved from Hummingbird Cake recipe)

Step 1

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl till smooth. Add sugar and beat till fluffy. Add vanilla and salt.

2. Top with chopped pecans. Press into the icing a bit to "set" the nuts so they don't fall off.
