Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (16oz) bag of elbow noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Cook elbow noodles according to bag directions. Meanwhile, season and brown ground meat over medium heat. Add onions while browning meat. Drain off fat.
2. Stir in both cans of soup to browned ground meat and season to taste. Simmer for 15-20 mins.
3. Drain noodles and add to meat mixture. Combine completely then pour into a deep casserole dish. Layer the top with cheese.
4. Bake at 375F for about 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
Note: Can also use rice instead of noodles
