- 16 oz fat free cream cheese softened
- 16 oz fat free sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 3 oz sweet baking chocolate melted

Coat a 9 inch spring form pan with Pam, sprinkle with chocolate wafer cookie crumbs and set aside. Pre heat oven to 325. Combine sugar, flour, vanilla, cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor just until smooth. Add eggs and process for 5 seconds more or just until combined. Over mixing will incorporate air which will make cooked cake crack. Pour half the cheese mixture into a bowl, add melted chocolate, stiring until well blended. Spoon alternating mounds of plain and chocolate cheese mistures into the pan, swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until almost set. Turn off oven and partially open oven door, leave cake in oven for 1 hour more. Remove cheesecake from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
