Ingredients

  • 1 tbs of butter (to grease the pan)
  • 12 sweet slider buns (Hawaiian)
  • 1 rotisserie chicken (skin discarded an shredded)
  • 1 cup of barbeque sauce
  • 2 cans of crushed pineapple drained (8 oz each)
  • 2 cups of Monterey Jack Cheese(shredded)
  • 3 tbs butter (melted)
  • 2 tbd sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 with butter
2. Place the bottom of the slider buns in the bottom of the baking dish
3. In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken and barbeque sauce and mix well. Place on top of the slider buns. Top with crushed pineapple and Monterey jack cheese. Place top buns on top of all the sliders. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with foil Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and sliders are warmed through
