Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat-free chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dried porcini mushroom, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups button mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 quarts water
  • 3 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place mushrooms and broth in bowl. Microwave on high 2 minutes, let stand 10 minutes.

2. Saute button mushrooms, rosemary, salt and garlic in oil 3 minutes. Add broth and porcinis. Take off heat.

3. Boil water, add pasta. Cook until al dente, drain. Toss with sauce, heat through. Add cheese, parsley, pepper.
