Bessie's Potato Salad

I got this recipe from Bessie Martin (who had 10 kids!). Serves a big crowd! Best potato salad I've ever had. I usually half recipe and still have plenty for a crowd!

Ingredients
- 10 pounds potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked
- hamburger dill pickles
- sweet pickles (I like to use bread and butter or cajun)
- stuffed olives
- 1 dozen boiled eggs
- small jar pimentos
- green onions
- onions
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place cooked potatoes in large bowl. Chop pickles, olives and onions. Add to potatoes. Chop eggs and add to mixture. Add pimentos, salt and pepper to taste. Add enough mayonnaise for desired consistency. Chill.
