Ingredients
- 3 C water
- 1 1\2C orzo pasta dry
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 Tblsp of butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- A little bit of fresh lime juice
- 1/4 C freshly grated parmesan cheese or more to taste
- 1/4 C chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
1) add 3C of water and orzo. Secure the lid and turn valve to sealing
2) press manual and time for 4min on high pressure, use quick release
3) If there is any remaining water, drain it out.
4) add butter and a 1/4 of the chicken stock, garlic and saute until the stock is evaporated, keep stirring. Stir in the parsley, salt pepper and lime, parmesan to taste.
5) add more parmesan to your taste after you serve.
