My family likes things simple, hence, ours pizza is pretty simple. Bacon and cheese on the top and just some salt/pepper in the scrambled eggs. Your pizza could eliminate the bacon, and add ham or breakfast sausage. Skip the meat altogether and add veggies. Dress up your scrambled eggs with hot sauce or fresh herbs. Go crazy and make it your own.

It's so good and so easy. Make it for breakfast or it makes a perfect dish for dinner too!

Ingredients

  • 1-11 oz tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 TBSP milk
  • black pepper, to taste
  • onion powder, to taste
  • 8-10 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a flat rimmed baking sheet with foil. Then, spray foil with cooking spray. Dust foil lightly with flour.
Spread pizza dough evenly on top of foil. Then, bake for 5 minutes, by itself. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
In a skillet, over medium heat, cook eggs and scramble to desired consistency. Adding desired amount of onion powder/pepper while cooking.
Spoon eggs on top of pizza crust and spread out to cover crust.
Sprinkle top with cheese and bacon.
Bake an additional 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is brown.
