Ingredients

  • 8oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Pepperjack cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 2 Cans of Beef or Chicken
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • cooking spray
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • green onions, for garnish
  • sour cream
  • salsa

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir together cream cheese, Pepperjack cheese and taco seasoning; then fold in meat.
2. Divide among flour tortillas.Tuck in sides, and roll up each tortilla.
3. Lay seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
4. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.
5. BAKE at 350 for 15 minutes on one side then 15 minutes on the other side.

Serve with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
