Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes- peeled and cut
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic granulated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion salt
- Chives
- 2 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes and drain. Mash potatoes until smooth, add remaining ingredients. Add desired spices if you like. Butter inside of crock pot and cook on low. Stir occasionally until warmed through.
Can make ahead of time and put in refrigerator.
Can be kept in fridge up to 2 weeks or frozen.
5lbs- makes 10 servings
10lbs- makes 20 servings
