Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- 1/2 cup chopped gherkin pickles (or 2 TBSP pickle relish)

Preparation
Step 1
combine salad dressing and mix well.
Add to potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickles. Mix lightly and refrigerate.
