Pancakes****

Good buttermilk pancakes would always be my first choice, when I don't have buttermilk the first recipe is a "Go To"...half amounts given for small batch.

Ingredients
- Combine the wet ingredients in a second bowl, whisk:
- 2 cups flour (1 c)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder (1 1/2 ts)
- 1 teaspoon salt (1/2 ts)
- 1/4 cup sugar (2 T)
- 2 cups milk (1 c)
- 2 eggs (1)
- 1/3 cup melted butter (2T 2ts)

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 2 cups buttermilk (Kate's)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 beaten eggs

Directions for either recipe are the same-
In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and pour wet ingredients; mix until smooth.
