Chicken with Vegetables in Marsala Sauce 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 LBS chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1 medium yellow pepper
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 8 oz pk mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 TBSP Marsala Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat,coat pan with cooking apry.

Add sliced chicken breasts to pan, saute until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken.

Add onions and peppers to pan, saute until onion starts to brown. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and sliced mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are tender and onion starts to carmalize. Add Marsala wine, return chicken to pan and cook until heated through.

Serve immediately!
