Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- CREAM CHEESE TOPPING
- 1 8oz package cream cheese softened
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cup pecans chopped

Step 1
CAKE
mix ingredients by hand in order given
pour into uncreased and unfloured 9x13 pan
bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top
MAKE TOPPING WHILE CAKE IS BAKING
TOPPING
combine and beat all ingredients until smooth
spread on top of cake while hot
refrigerate leftovers
