Ingredients

• 1 head of garlic with top cut off
• olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 400 degrees. put the head of garlic in tin foil and drizzle with olive oil, wrap up the garlic head in the tin foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until soft.
let cool and squeeze garlic out of its paper shell.
