Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 5-6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (extra sharp or extra old)
- 1 8oz container sour cream
- 3 small green onions

Preparation
Step 1
prehead oven to 325 degrees.
Grease a 10x6 inch baking dish.
Spread potatoes into prepared pan. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with bacon and green onion. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
