Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 14 oz can diced pineapple, juice reserved
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown chicken in oil, season with salt and pepper. Transfer to roaster.
Add rest of ingredients to roaster and stir to combine. Bake covered for 1 hour 30 minutes.
