Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 - 8 pieces of bacon, cooked
- 6 - 8 slices of cheese
- 6 - 8 english muffins

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into greased pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese slices to melt. Toast english muffins and butter. Cut eggs into 6 - 8 pieces. Top each english muffin with one egg piece and a slice of bacon.
NOTE: Cook the bacon at the same time the eggs are cooking....put on cooling rack on a cookie sheet....cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
