Ingredients
- 16 oz fish, shrimp, scallops, mussels
- 2 TBSP cooking oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups boiling wter
- 28 can stewed tomatoes, petit cut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup each red and green pepper, diced
- 1 can whole mushrooms
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup macaroni, cooked (optional)

Step 1
In pot, saute onions and celery until tender. Add canned tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add peppers and mushrooms. Simmer 5 minutes. Add 2 cups boiling water. Add fish and cook about 10 minutes. Add ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Put a littl macaroni in soup bowl, spoon fish soup over top.
