Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP Flour
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 1 large container of cool whip
- For dipping ~ fruit, cake cubes, cookies, etc

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, whisk all ingredients, except cool whip, over medium heat until boiled....continue to whisk and continue to boil for about 30 seconds.
Let cool in pan in refrigerate (needs to cool completely).
Remove from refrigerator and fold in cool whip until combined.
Use as dip or as whip cream for desserts, pies, etc.
