- 1 cup flour, white
- 1 - 2 TBSP lemon pepper
- 1 bottle beer
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Whisk four and lemon pepper, add salt. Stir in enough beer to make a lose batter. Preheat deep fryer to 375 degrees. Deepfry fish for 7 minutes ~ longer for thicker pieces. Drain on cookie rack in warm oven (180 degrees)
