Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp butter divided
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp Thyme
- 4 Cups Baby Spinach

Step 1
400 F. Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp melted butter. Put chicken in casserole. Melt rest of butter and sauté garlic. Stir in chicken broth, cream, Parmesan, lemon juice and thyme. Bring to boil, reduce heat add spinach and simmer until spinach wilts and sauce slightly thickens. Pour over chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
