Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked whole wheat penne or rotelle pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 4 tbs. crumbled feta cheese

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool to room temperature. In large bowl combine pasta, corn, tomatoes, and onion and toss gently. Add vinaigrette. Top pasta salad with feta right before serving.
