Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- 6 tsp cider vinegar
- Toppings
- Shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce/cabbage
- Chopped tomatoes
- Sour Cream
- Guacamole
- Chopped black olives
- chopped Jalapeno
- Salsa
- Pico de Gallo

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and cook onions about 4 minutes
add garlic, spices and 1/2 tsp salt
Cook about 1 minute
Add ground beef and cook
Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, and vinegar
Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low uncovered about 10 minutes
