Ingredients
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 slice white bread
- 2 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

In a food process, blend all ingredients except olive oil until smooth. Drizzle in oil oil until combined and smooth. Keep refrigerated.
