  • 1 tbsp. EVOO
  • 2.5 ounces cubed sourdough or other suitable bread (1.5 cups)
  • 2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese (15 grams)

Step 1

Preheat Breville oven to 400.

Combine everything in a bowl large enough to toss it together.

Divide pie of choice between two individual gratin dishes and divide topping evenly over pies.

Bake for 30 minutes, covering loosely with foil after the first 15 to prevent over-browning of the bread cubes.
