Ingredients
- Base:
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 3 Tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- Pecan Topping:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup golden corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp melted margarine
- 2 cups chopped pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and margarine, mixing until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs with sugar, corn syrup and melted margarine. Stir in pecans. Pour evenly over the base and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and top is golden brown.
Cool completely
Cut into bars.
