Ingredients
- 2 C Fresh Cranberries Washed
- 1 Large Bartlett Pear Peeled, Quartered & Sliced Thin
- 1 T Butter
- 1/3 C Sugar
- 1 t Ground Cinnamon
- Zest of One Orange
- Juice of One Orange
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Gingersnap Cookies

Preparation
Step 1
Medium Saucepan, Medium Heat, Add Butter, Juice, Sugar & Cinnamon. Cook Until Butter Melted & All Blended.
Add Cranberries, Pears & Zest. Cook Stirring Often, Until Fruit Has Softened And Liquid Reduced, 10-15 Minutes.
Transfer to Bowl, Cover & Chill.
Serve With Ice Cream on Top & Cookie.
