Rotisserie Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups of diced rotisserie chicken {or any other cooked chicken}
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 cups cooked rice (rice cooker 1 c. rice to 2 c. water)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes or 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 4 tbsp butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients into a greased 9x13 baking dish & mix.
2. Sprinkle cornflakes/ritz over the top of the casserole.
3. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
4. BAKE 350 deg. for 30- 40 minutes or until casserole is heated through.
