Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 large onion
- 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of condensed cream of onion soup
- 1 container of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic
- 1 (8 ounce) container of cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) container of sour cream
- 6 cups of hot cooked egg noodles or 6 cups of rice, for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, onion, soups, mushrooms, pepper and garlic in slow cooker
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender
Stir in cream cheese and sour cream into beef mixture with two hours remaining on the slow cooker
Serve stroganoff over noodles or rice
