Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 6-7 celery, chopped
- 1/8 cup dried parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp sage
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 pan cornbread, crumbled
- 4 slices toast, crumbled
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 5-6 cups chicken broth

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Grease 9x13 pan. Melt margarine in pan. Add onions and celery and cook until tender. Add parsley, salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning to pan. Mix cornbread and toast and add onion mixture and blend evenly. Add eggs to mixture. Add enough chicken broth to make crumbs very soft. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown
