Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped pickles
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. pickle juice
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. dill, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl combine cream cheese, pickles, sour cream, and pickle juice. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth and fully combined. Fold in parmesan, dill, and spices. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
