  • 2 lb. spaghetti squash, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed
  • 1 cup Kowalski's Salsa di Parma Spread
  • 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley

DIRECTIONS
In a microwave-safe dish, microwave half of squash on high, covered, until tender (10-12 min.); repeat with remaining half. Let rest until cool enough to handle. Run tines of a fork lengthwise over cut surface of squash to loosen spaghetti-like strands. Place squash in an extra-large sauté pan with Salsa di Parma; sauté over medium heat until heated through (3-5 min.). Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
